Flower of Evil: Actual Scenes VS BTS

 I've just started watching this Korean drama and I already love it!The plot is intriguing and the actors are really nice as you can see in this video. If you are a fan of Korean shows, I strongly recommend Flower of Evil.

Impostors by Scott Westerfeld: review.

It had been a long time since I read the Uglies series and I needed some fiction with a little bit of romance and Impostors has just what I wanted.
I loved the Uglies novels and I still remember some of the interesting aspects of that world. In Impostors, the story is further in the future but as interesting as the previous books by Scott Westerfeld. I know many people have said this before, but I cannot help saying it again: Scott Westerfeld does not disappoint!
I strongly recommend the Impostors series to fans of Uglies and if you haven't read any of them and are in the mood for some very good world-building, don't wait any longer.
Rumour has it that Netflix is doing an adaptation of Uglies. I just hope it's as good as the novel.

Urgull mountain in Donostia - San Sebastian: the best view of the city.

 Urgull Mountain is located at the end of La Concha bay and it's the best place to take photos of the whole city. There, you will see cannons a fortress, and a free museum. 

There are several ways to go all the way up to the mountain but all of them on foot and during the day since it closes at night. Head for the old part of town and ask a local and remember to wear comfortable shoes.

Only Murders in the Building Trailer

 I just cannot wait to watch this TV Show. I'm a fan of Steve Martin and I hope the series is as good as it seems.

Hemeretzi Bar in Donostia - San Sebastian: nice place for pintxos.

 Hemertzi Bar is in 31 de Agosto street in the old part of Donostia. It has not only a wide range of pintxos but it also has fish for sale. The place is usually crowded and that's not surprising at all given how delicious their pintxos are and the wide variety on offer.

It's located in the most popular street in the old part, so you cannot miss it.

They have fish for sale.

If you get there early, you'll be able to sit inside although there are a couple of tables outside too.

La Concha Beach in San Sebastian on a cloudy day.

 

La Concha Beach Railing

 This iconic railing is one of the most popular images of the city. It was built in 1910 and it cost around 34 euros then.

In the background, you can see Urgull mountain and the island of Santa Clara.

The Moon on a Clear Summer Night

This photo was taken with a not very sophisticated or modern camera, a Nikon B-700. The sky was clear and the night was warm. I love summer nights!

 

 

Las Pequeñas Mentiras de Laura Balagué: opinión.

Este ha sido mi libro favorito hasta ahora de Laura Balagué. Al igual que en los demás de la serie lo que más me han gustado han sido los personajes. Lo normal que es Carmen, la protagonista, con sus problemas familiares típicos y una vida en la que se mezclan los asesinatos con las croquetas de su madre, un marido perfecto, unos hijos adolescentes con todo lo que ello implica y un cuñado de los de siempre.
Me ha encantado también el ambiente de Donostia-San Sebastian que es parte del libro: su clima impredecible y generalmente lluvioso, las cafeterías frente al mar y los pintxos de tortilla.

Una serie ideal para leer durante una estancia en la preciosa ciudad de Donostia.

Tamarix Pentandra: beautiful trees along the promenade in Donostia-San Sebastian.

 While walking along the promenade in the city of San Sebastian, I couldn't help but notice these beautiful green and pink trees.

 I found some information about them in Alderdi Eder park warning people to be careful with their low branches.

Ikea meatball candle: smell it to believe it.

 If you are a fan of Ikea's meatballs, you may want to have their new meatball scented candle in your kitchen.

The Comb of the Wind in Donostia - San Sebastian : a surprising sculpture.

 Located at the end of Ondarreta beach, in the wonderful city of Donostia - San Sebastian in the north of Spain, these peculiar shapes will certainly surprise you.

The structures were created by the Basque artist Eduardo Chillida in 1977.
