Here Lies Daniel Tate by Cristin Terrill: opinion.

This book has all the ingredients for a perfect YA mystery:
- 1 Unreliable narrator.
- 1 Missing boy.
- 1 Imperfect family ( four unique siblings, one dead parent, one imprisoned parent, one absent parent).
- 1 Runaway boy who was never loved.
The author mixed them well and put all the characters together in a fancy house . Then added:
- Several cops
- A pinch of romance
- An old bicycle
Before serving, she sprinkled it with some orange dust . The novel has a bittersweet flavour that will certainly appeal to most YA fans.
