Also known as Wong Tai Sin Temple, Sik Sin Yuen Temple is a must see in Hong Kong. Take the MTR and get off at Wong Tai Sin station exit B2, walk about for three minutes  and you'll find and amazing Chinese temple in the middle of the city.
